I will practice yoga for at least 10 minutes every evening in addition to my current exercise routine for the next 21 days to make it a habit.

During the time span, I may increase the length of time, but for starters, 10 minutes sounds good. Now, who's next? ;)

Day One Complete! That felt really good! I think I will increase my time up to 20 minutes after a week of 10 minutes, but we shall see.
