ok, so i'm starting afresh. I don't wanna mess up yet again this week so have restarted my sparkpeople account and set some small acheivable daily goals:
- keep a food diary
- 10 mins of exercise
- up date my spark people and journal
also gonna try to eat 2 pieces of fruit a day, and promise myself that if i slip up i will NOT use it as an excuse to blow the whole week!
