so i decided to have another go at this fitness and weightloss stuff. but this time i've set myself a challenge to do the 5k race for life in june.
have started a beginners training plan, and really wanna have a go at doing this right!
i looked for a community for new runners but couldn't find anything. So have set one up...
so for anyone thinking of having a go at running please join.. or for those with experience, please come along and share your tips and advice... i'm currently all on my own and very lonely!
